Post Workout Recovery, Day 2: Ouch!

The best / worst part about working out is dealing with the pain in my muscles. It's always the 2nd day of recovery that hurts the worst, and especially when dealing with the 1st week back at the gym.

Battle Preparation: Weight Gaining Challenge

Woke up this morning, ready to attack the ground with a swift sprint... not physically just mentally. I traveled to Baltimore, MD for 2 week trip and the 1st weekend I'm up here I find myself helping a good friend move into their new house. It's one of those moments in life that reminds you of how age affects your body through time.
